If you think women are vain, think again. Men are vain too. I must admit that I am guilty of vanity. This is the reason why I try to take care of my skin. I may not be that young anymore but I certainly would like to take care of my skin. With the busy schedule I have, the pollution sometimes gives me breakouts. At the first signs of a breakout, it instantly use an acne facial cleanser to thwart it. Our skin is the most exposed part of our body. It shields us from the elements. If being vain will protect my skin, then I might as well be vain.

Acne is caused by bacteria that our skin comes into contact whenever we go out. The dirt, the grime and the very polluted air can cause acne breakouts. Sometimes, creams doesn’t get the job done. My dermatologist at one time treated my acne with the use of an acne light. Blue and red LED bulbs were used in combination to finally heal my acne. I must admit that I was very much impressed. So the next time you run into this problem, light therapy might just be what you need.
Aside from eating the right foods, facial cleansers help prevent acne breakouts. My dermatologist had advised me to do this. So I use an acne cleanser once a day to clean the contaminants that my skin comes into contact with when going outdoors. Dust and pollutants can cause breakouts. There are different cleansers for specific skin types. This is why I use one that doesn’t dry my skin. Having a good skin helps you be more confident, plus you wouldn’t look too old.
My teenage son is smiling these days. Not because school’s almost out but because his pimples are a thing of the past. I brought him to a dermatologist who gave him some tretinoin gel to control his breakout. He’s no longer feeling conscious and has been more outgoing than shy. He’s spending more time going with his friends than when had his pimple problems. He’s not only feeling good but looking good as well.
My son’s in his teens now. He has become more conscious of how he looks. He buys dozens of facial washes just to keep his face pimple-free. He regularly sees a dermatologist for his skin. He’d also constantly check out different acne solutions. Kids sure are more vain now than before. They’re now more conscious of themselves, both in the way they look and the clothes they wear. My little boy is now a young man.
I have not been watching my diet lately. This has caused my acne to breakout again. I’ve been busy with so many meetings that this problem would have to be addressed as soon as possible. I’ve tried some of the best acne treatments before and this will surely big help for me again. I don’t want people at the meetings I attend to stare at my face instead of listening to what I’m saying. I really have to watch what I eat to prevent this from happening again.
At 43, my brother still has bouts with acne. I guess he’ll never outgrow it and he would visit our dermatologist several times a year. I guess working in the corporate world has given him so much stress especially with the current economic climate. He had another outbreak just last week end and I drove him to the clinic for another acne treatment.
Being an executive, he has to always look good as he interacts with other people most of the time. I just hope this wouldn’t affect his work. I guess it doesn’t as he’s about to get another promotion.
Let’s go natural is what’s in today. Medicine is going back to its roots, all natural. At my age, I still have breakouts which isn’t good for my social life. But instead of relying on the commercial acne medication, I’d rather use a natural acne treatment that wouldn’t harm my skin. Commercial brands often have chemicals that could harm you more than cure you. I’m sure you wouldn’t want more complications. It’s always best to rely on nature’s wonders.
My teenage nephew has a big problem. No, it’s not just pimples, it’s acne. It’s a nightmare and ne’s so affected by it. I’ve suggested to his Mom to try and get the best acne treatment for him. He has become very shy and I’m worried that he could lose his confidence altogether. Acne is not something you wait to go away. It really has a lasting effect on a person. It’s best to get it cured ASAP. I don’t want my favorite nephew to lose out on his teenage years.
