Losing weight isn’t easy to do. It takes a lot of discipline and desire. There are diet programs that claim to get the job done. More often than not, they don’t really work. Don’t despair, there are crash diets that work and believe me, you won’t be disappointed. It’s a change in lifestyle and eating habits that allowed me to bring back the old me. If it worked for me, it definitely would work for anybody.

We may be of the same specie but definitely not the same. Women and men have different health needs. Men and women needs different vitamins to be healthy. Specific womens vitamins are made to address womens health needs. Osteoporosis is one such health issue that women have to confront with. This is why they need higher levels of Calcium. Vitamins will always be a part of our lives, we just need to be clear of what we really need. We’re more different than we think.
My son’s in his mid teens and is starting to workout. He sometimes tags along with me when I go to the gym. I told him to try out the pull up bars so he can get a feel of what can be a good regimen for him. He seemed to get the hang of it quite quickly and had asked me to buy him some equipments he could use at home. He’s more conscious of how he looks. My growing boy is turning into a young man.
